5:30  pm Yoga for Everybody w/ Megan Grennan (75 mins)

Wednesday

8:00 am Total Body w/ Maria McFarland

9:00 am Gentle Yoga w/ Megan Grennan in the loft

9:30 am Cardio Classic w/ Cathy Ashmun

4:30 pm 5 and 5 w/ Kye Howell

6:00 pm Kickoff Cycling w/ Phyllis Kugler($10 charge for members)

9:30 am Pilates/Strength w/ Cathy Ashmun
